🚀 New Features
| Automatic Credit Deduction for Imported Jobs | Jobs imported from a feed can now use up credits automatically. Admins can set up the importer to deduct one credit type for every job. Alternatively, they can select several types and link each one to a tag in the feed, so each job uses the matching credit. Every deduction is listed in the organization's credit history. If an organization has no credits left, the job is still imported but waits in the In Review state. |
⏫ Improvements
| Track Organization Profile Searches | Optional tracking is now available for organization profile searches. It captures the keywords, locations, and filters visitors use to find employers. This can be enabled on request. |
| Empty Blog Categories Are Now Hidden | Categories without published articles no longer appear on the blog search page or in the sitemap. A category shows up as soon as its first article is published. It disappears when its last article is unpublished or removed. On multi-frontend setups, this is decided separately for each frontend. |
| Tax Details in Order Exports | Order CSV exports now include the tax amount and the tax type for each order. The added columns make it clear how much was charged and which tax applied. This is especially useful for orders with more than one type of tax. |
| Change Expiry Date on Published Jobs | Employers can now change the expiry date of a published job. The new date must stay within the maximum runtime of the posting (e.g. 30 days). This keeps a job open longer if needed, without extending the runtime itself. |
| Longer Field Paths in XML Import Mapping | We expanded the character limit for fields in the XML import configuration. This accommodates more complex structures, so detailed feeds can now be mapped correctly. |
✅ Bug Fixes
| Long Emails on the Job Application Page | Long addresses on the job application page could wrap onto a second line and shift the layout. They are now shortened with an ellipsis when they don't fit into the box. Hovering over one shows the full address in a tooltip. |
| Extra Line Breaks in JSON Feeds | The JSON converter added extra line breaks to job descriptions that already contained line breaks in HTML formatting. It now leaves existing HTML formatting as it is, so it matches the original source. |
| Job Publishing for the Sales Role | Backend users with the "Sales" role could only save jobs as drafts and didn't see "Publishing options" in the right-hand menu. Both work as expected. The role has the rights to publish jobs directly from the backend. |
