The following release notes cover recent changes from the 14 days, also providing an outlook for the upcoming release.
✨Focus topics of this release
The following milestones were achieved in the last few weeks.
| New Features | |
| Zapier Integration | Your job board now integrates with Zapier, enabling seamless data flow between the platform and other tools. This makes it easy to automate workflows, such as syncing order data with Salesforce. |
| Custom Icons Upload for Menu Items | Admins can now upload their own icons directly to menu items, making it easier to use brand-aligned visuals, and to create a more recognizable and consistent user experience. |
| BlueSky Sharing Option | Users can now share jobs and organization profiles using BlueSky, adding to the existing social sharing options. This makes it easier to reach audiences on the BlueSky platform directly from the site. |
| Improvements | |
| Login Prompt for Registered Applicants | When an applicant uses the internal application form with an email that’s already registered, they are now prompted to log in instead of applying anonymously. This prevents errors, avoids unclickable buttons, and ensures no entered data is lost, making the application process smoother and more reliable. |
| Salutation Field Now Optional | The salutation field on recruiter and candidate registration forms is no longer required. This streamlines sign-up and ensures the platform aligns with recent EU regulations. |
| Active Organization Visible During Job Posting | Recruiters with parent/child organization relationships can see in the recruiter interface which organization they are posting a job for. This makes multi-organization management simpler and helps to reduce posting errors. |
| Credits and Subscriptions Filtered by Organization | For recruiters who belong to multiple organizations, the credits and subscriptions table now automatically updates when switching organizations. This gives clearer visibility into available credits and subscriptions, and simplifies management across different accounts. |
| Title Field Locked for Jobs Pending Review | When a job is in the “Needs Review” workflow, the title field is now locked, just like for published jobs. This prevents changes while waiting for approval, ensuring consistency and reducing errors in the review process. |
| Autocomplete Suggestions Limited by Country | Backend autocomplete now supports country-specific limits, just like the frontend. This helps users get faster, more relevant suggestions when operating in a single country, improving efficiency and accuracy. Note, this is not enabled by default, but on request for specific job boards that are limited to specific countries |
| Additonal Subscription Details | The “My Subscriptions” tab in recruiter dashboard, we added a new column that lists each subscription included in a product, so recruiters can now can see and check exactly which kind of subscriptions they have. |
| Bug Fixes | |
| Correct Meta Description Tag for Blog Entries | We updated the meta description tag from property="description" to the correct name="description" format. This ensures Google properly recognizes and displays meta descriptions for blog landing pages, improving search visibility and SEO performance. |
