A CV is “verified” if the user verification has been completed. The user verification is a requirement to obtain the states “incomplete”, “visible”, or “hidden”. Please note that the state “verified” has a slightly different meaning: The requirements to obtain this state are:
If the user has been created in the frontend, but the basic information has not been submitted, the status would be “Incomplete”. |

In order that a CV obtains the state “incomplete”, the email address has to be verified. Basic information (mandatory fields of the field collections “Personal Information” and “Job Preferences”) is not filled out yet. In this state, applicants cannot submit applications for jobs with internal ATS. |

Visible |
The CV is visible to employers, provided that the CV search is enabled on the job board. In order that a CV obtains the state “visible”, following requirements need to be fulfilled:
