How to activate a Minisite for an organization?
Once the additional Minisite module has been activated on your job board, a new Minisite subscription type becomes available in the backend.
- Go to Backend → Subscriptions (/admin/jobiqo/subscription/add)
- Click Organization Minisite subscription type
- Add a start and end date, and select the organization
- Save. Once the subscription is active, the organization's profile automatically switches to the Minisite layout
Two things happen automatically once the subscription is active:
- All premium profile fields are switched on for that organization, no need to enable these separately
- The Minisite subscription can also be added to self-service products, so recruiters can purchase it themselves instead of site admins assigning it manually
Note: if the Minisite subscription is available in self-service, all of the steps above then happen automatically once the recruiter finalizes the purchase, without any manual action from site admins.
Does the organization's URL change?
No. The organization profile keeps its existing URL structure: /organization/[company-name]. This URL stays exactly the same whether or not a Minisite is active.
What pages are created automatically?
Home and Jobs pages are always created automatically, remain pinned in the Minisite navigation and cannot be removed while the subscription is active.
How to add more pages to a Minisite?
- Go to Backend → Content → Organisation Minisites
- Click Add an organization minisite page in the top right corner
- Enter the title of the landing page
- Assign the page to the organization
- Save
Once saved, the page appears automatically in the Minisite's navigation menu, using its title as the menu label. Its URL is also generated automatically, following the structure /organization/[company-name]/[landing-page-title].
From here, add landing page elements to build out the content, just as you would for any other landing page on your job board.
How to edit a Minisite's pages
- Home page: site admins can edit its content from that organization's profile in the backend; recruiters can also edit it directly from the Company Profile menu item in their dashboard
- Jobs page: this page is auto-generated and scoped to the organization's jobs, so there's no separate content to edit
- Additional landing pages: go to Backend → Content → Organisation Minisites, open the page, to edit its landing page elements
How to manage a Minisite's menu
- Go to Backend → Organizations → Overview
- Click Edit on the organization whose Minisite menu you'd like to update
- Open the Minisite menu tab
- Reorder tabs by clicking and dragging, or hide a tab by unchecking its box
- To add a new page directly from here, click Add an organization minisite page in the top right corner
Home and Jobs stay pinned automatically and cannot be reordered or hidden. This menu is created and managed specifically for one organization's Minisite, so changes made here only affect that organization's navigation.
How does job search work on a Minisite?
Job search on the Minisite only returns jobs belonging to that organization, no jobs from other companies will appear. Results display in a split-screen layout (list plus details); the current version has no filters.
When a candidate clicks on a job, the job opens within the Minisite itself, in the split-screen view, so the candidate stays on the Minisite. The job has an in-context URL: <domain>/organization/[company-name]?jobid=[id] but the canonical tag on that URL points back to the original job details page, protecting its SEO.
What do recruiters see in their dashboard?
If an organization has an active Minisite subscription, recruiters can preview the site via the Company Profile dashboard item, mirroring exactly what candidates see. From there, recruiters can edit the Home page and add details to its various sections, just like they would with a standard company profile. Any other landing pages, however, remain under site admin control. Adding new pages or reorganizing the menu are structural changes that only site admins can make in the backend.
How to track Minisite performance?
- Looker Studio: the Minisite view shows job views and applications generated specifically through the Minisite are reported separately
- Recruiter interface: recruiters see all applications together in one place, stats are not reported separately.
