In this guide, we'll walk you through our processes at Jobiqo and outline how you can best engage with our team.
Sprints
We work in two-week sprints, utilizing a Sprint Backlog for scheduling all requests. The Sprint Backlog is maintained by the product team.
- A sprint starts on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday.
- After each sprint, all developments are transferred to your job board on the release day. Our Release notes can be found in the Jobiqo Helpdesk.
- Sprint Backlogs are fixed at the start of the sprint on Wednesday and cannot be changed during a sprint. Exception: Hotfixes are scheduled and fixed outside the release cycle.
- If you need your requests completed by a specific date (considering our release cycle), please inform us in advance so we can assess feasibility and provide prompt feedback.
- Your contact person will proactively inform you once your requests have been implemented and are ready for review.
