The following release notes cover recent changes from the 14 days, also providing an outlook for the upcoming release.
The following milestones were achieved in the last few weeks.
New Stuff | |
Flashy browser tab notifications |
To re-engage the users who are leaving the job board and open new tabs, we are introducing a new way to display notifications in the tab that is not in focus. |
Improvements | |
Reassign content of site admins that are removed | When a site admin is removed from the backend, their content is now safely reassigned so that the job board doesn't lose the content of that site admin |
Recruiters can also set up job alerts | We improved our job alerts and now recruiters can also set up job alerts, not only candidates. |

Bug Fix | Organisation export formatting was wrong | The issue with our organisation's export has been resolved. Previously, the column formatting was not functioning correctly, but it is now working as intended. |
Bug Fix | Sign-Up event fix | We've addressed the issue where the sign_up_start event was triggering twice during testing and prevented the event from triggering when verifying email addresses. |
Bug Fix | Taxonomy error when editing job ad | Previously, when an admin attempted to upgrade a job ad and save it, a taxonomy error would occur. Now the job ad upgrades and saves successfully as should. |

Bug Fix | Admin Deletion and Content Reassignment |
We've identified an issue where, upon deletion of a user with assigned importers, those importers would cease to function. Furthermore, any landing pages created by the deleted user would be deleted unless reassigned to an anonymous user. To enhance safety measures, we introduced a default user on every site. Upon deletion of an admin, the content will be automatically reassigned to this default user. |
Bug Fix | Wrong location facet URL |
We fixed an issue where city URLs in the facet block landing page element were incorrectly resolving special characters, ensuring that the correct URLs are now used. |
Bug Fix | Imported Jobs Geo Complete Fix |
In the geo taxonomy tree, we saw a lot of cases of streets in the fourth hierarchy level for imported jobs. The behaviour was fixed. |
