This state is visible to recruiters and signals that the applicant has provided basic but not complete information. The state changes from "In Progress" to "Applied" once all required steps in the application are completed. |

| GA and server-side tracking tests | We improved our analytics capabilities by including playwright testing. This involves sanity checks for events sent, ensuring dimensions are included with those events, and verifying server-side events do not transmit private data. |
