The following release notes cover recent changes from the 14 days, also providing an outlook for the upcoming release.
The following milestones were achieved in the last few weeks.
Improvements | |
Single CTA button option | We improved the landing pages by introducing a single CTA (Call to Action) button row, allowing a more straightforward and efficient user interaction. This feature enhancement focuses on increasing conversions through a clear, singular action point for users. |
Option to hide CV, cover letter and qualifying questions | We improved the Quick Apply feature by implementing options to hide the CV, cover letter, and Qualifying questions steps in the job application process, enabling administrators to customize the workflow based on client needs. |
Improved credit overview | We improved the backend credits overview by including prepaid credits, ensuring comprehensive visibility into recruiters' available credit contingents, both job and resume credits, alongside the newly added prepaid credits. This improves the tool's usability and gives flexibility to adjust product portfolios, facilitating informed decision-making based on accurate credit data. |
Low AI credit notification | We improved the management of AI credits by implementing a system where credits are only consumed upon successful API responses, and notifications are sent to site administrators when the credit balance falls below 200, prompting a refill request from clients to either the CSM or our Support team. |
Improvements to the Link Checker | We improved the Link Checker by making its page accessible to Site admins, adding an option to trigger a link check immediately, and ensuring it appears in the menu across all backend front-ends. |
Option to decouple the CV upload step in the onboarding from Textkernel | We improved the CV upload experience for jobseekers by introducing an option that allows them to upload their CVs directly, bypassing Textkernel's parsing. |
Blog article filters | We improved the blog article filters for multifrontend projects, to ensure they function correctly for individual frontends, addressing the issue where articles not meant for a specific frontend were being displayed. |
GDPR anonymization of applications | We improved GDPR anonymization of applications by automatically anonymizing them after 6 months, warning recruiters 3 weeks in advance via email, and allowing manual anonymization at any time. |
Bug Fixes | |
Coupon-applying mechanism |
We improved the coupon mechanism to ensure it doesn't automatically conclude the payment flow upon application. The fix ensures that even when the coupon zeroes out the total, users can proceed manually. This adjustment was implemented to enhance user control during checkout. |
Error editing salary taxonomy |
We fixed an unexpected error that in some cases occurred while editing a term in the salary range taxonomy on the backend. |
Multifrontend related fixes |
We addressed several issues that occasionally affected multifrontend projects. These included problems with the Featured Employers widget, subscription views in the backend, and the display of organizations in relation to the frontend. |
