The following release notes cover recent changes from the 14 days, also providing an outlook for the upcoming release.
✨Focus topics of this release
The following milestones were achieved in the last few weeks.
New Stuff | |
Inform site admins about new recruiter registration | We improved the system to automatically inform site admins when new recruiters are registering on the site. |
Map smooth transition from globe view to street view | We improved the map zoom functionality by implementing an animation that smoothly transitions from a globe view to the defined center or user's location. This enhances the user experience by providing a visually appealing slide effect, making the transition more engaging. |
Landing page - Visual editor | We introduced a new feature in the backend for site admins that allows them to create and edit landing pages in the backend. All the layout changes can be seen directly in the backend. |
Pick Organizations from a list, instead of typing a text, when publishing a job in the backend | When site admins add a job in the backend, they can now select an existing organization and add the job directly to that organization, instead of adding just a simple placeholder text. |
Improvements | |
Menu breaks in the front end in some cases | We improved the Dropdown Menu to prevent it from breaking to the next line. The menu now adapts to the length of the contents on all end-user devices, ensuring a consistent user experience across all sites. |
Remove the Matching jobs section for job alerts when matching is disabled | We improved the job alerts UI by removing the "matching job" section when the matching module is disabled by default. Additionally, we ensured that the data was properly handled for clients where this module is enabled. |
Web vitals - Cumulative Layout Shift fix | We made improvements and fixed core web vitals issues to improve the experience and speed of the sites. |
Bug Fixes | |
Creating and assigning jobs to an organization could lead to duplicate assignments | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused duplicate job assignments to appear in the `Direct jobs` tab when a site admin created a new job for a specific organization using the `Add Group node` form. This issue occurred when the admin filled in the Organization field with the current organization, resulting in the same job being listed twice with the same ID. The correct behavior is now ensured by preventing duplicate job assignments during the job creation process. |
Sharing Blogs on Facebook | We improved the sharing of blog articles on Facebook by fixing the open graph tags on the website that were causing errors. This adjustment allows for successful integration with Facebook's sharing feature. |
