The following release notes cover recent changes from the 14 days, also providing an outlook for the upcoming release.
✨Focus topics of this release
The following milestones were achieved in the last few weeks.
New Features | |
Job ad approval process | We improved the Job Ad approval process to require that any jobs posted by recruiters must first receive approval from site admins before going live. |
Add additional social media icons support for the footer | We added new social media icons support in the footer for Threads, TikTok, and BlueSky, alongside the existing icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram. |
Custom icons support job detail and teasers | We introduced the support for custom icons on the job detail page and on job teasers for jobs that have upgrades. |
Improvements | |
User-Centric CMP improvements | We improved the load performance of User Centrics. This upgrade enhances the overall efficiency of our sites. |
CSV Export | Manuel export option for backend credits overview | We improved the backend by implementing a CSV export feature for the organization credits overview, allowing users to easily access relevant data including organization details, job credits, and transaction histories. |
Skipping Import for manually edited Jobs | We improved the editing of Importer Jobs in the backend, enabling jobs to be skipped in the next run of the Importer to protect manual changes made to the jobs. This functionality is configurable per Frontend and Importer, with options to select multiple Frontends. |
Backend emails branding | We improved the backend emails introducing more options to customize the colors and branding of the emails in the code when the emails are generated. These customizations can be set per front-end in case of a multi-frontend setup. |
Bug Fixes | |
Scheduled job Upgrades | FE does not reflect the upgrade adding in the upgrade for 20 minutes | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused the frontend to take 15-20 minutes to show a scheduled job upgrade added via the backend, even when users were logged in. Now the upgrade is showing immediately in the frontend after the cache is refreshed. |
Exchanged file, in the job per file workflow, is not saved and shown | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused the new PDF uploaded when editing a job per file to not be saved, resulting in the old file being displayed instead. |
Site admins do not see Job location: address_line1 in XPath Settings | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused site-admin accounts to not have access to the Job location: Address_Line1 field in XPath Parser settings, which was only visible to full admins. |
The applicant registration link should be disabled if the client wants to disable applicant registration. | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused the applicant registration link to remain enabled, allowing users to manually access it despite the intention to prohibit applicant registrations on the sites. |
The map component in the company profile remains grey when using zoom buttons | We fixed an issue that, in some cases, caused the map to turn grey when using the zoom buttons after adding a location to the company profile. |
Sorting organization search by featured employers | We fixed an issue that in some cases caused the Organization Search on all sites to not sort by Featured Employers, leading to an incorrect listing of organizations. |
