🚀 New Features
| Branded minisite and minisite subscription for organizations | When this additional module is activated, organizations can upgrade to a Minisite subscription to turn their profile into a branded minisite with all premium fields included. The minisite removes the site header so visitors stay within the company’s branded space and navigate using the organization’s own menu. Plus, it adds a company-only job search for that organization for focused role browsing. |
⏫ Improvements
| UK location data and hierarchy improvements | We improved UK location data so searches by region, county, and London boroughs are more accurate, giving UK sites a consistent location hierarchy and cleaner URLs. |
| Background color selector for multi-column cards landing page row | We added a background color selector to the “Multiple columns with image and text” landing page row, so these sections can appear as cards instead of plain white blocks. This change makes the image and text feel like a single card and improves visual contrast without needing borders or shadows. |
| AI candidate recommendations on job detail pages | For sites with the recommender module enabled, recruiters now see AI‑matched candidate recommendations directly on the job detail page. The recommendations only appear for jobs that the recruiter is allowed to edit, helping recruiters quickly spot strong matches without leaving the page. |
| Strict consent mode for GDPR modal | Job board owners can now choose to remove the close (“X”) button from the GDPR consent window, so users can only continue browsing the site after accepting the terms and conditions. This helps sites that need strict consent to stay fully aligned with data protection requirements. |
| Easier setup for Social Apply job upgrades | With Social Apply, candidates can apply to a job directly from a social media platform instead of being redirected to a job board. We now handle Social Apply as a job upgrade in the backend, so site admins can add it to eligible jobs in one familiar step and ensure that jobs for AIR campaigns are set up correctly. |
| Quick Apply fields in job importers | Quick Apply fields, including qualifying questions, can now be mapped directly in job importers. By mapping qualifying questions, CV and cover letter requirements, site admins can ensure that all job details are imported correctly without the need for manual updates. |
| New direct apply link field for AIR campaigns | It is now possible to add a direct application link field in the backend and include it in AIR job exports, so job ads shown on social media can send candidates straight to the application path without manual URL setup |
âś… Bug Fixes
Language links for featured organizations | A bug in multilingual setups caused links in the Featured Organization logo section to open the English version of the organization profile. This has been corrected, and links now respect the user’s selected language so visitors stay in the right localized experience. |
| Taxonomy Manager errors | An error in the Taxonomy Manager occurred when adding, removing, or updating synonyms or terms in large taxonomies. The saving process now completes reliably, allowing site admins to manage big taxonomies without performance issues. |
| Duplicate resumes removed from search API | The resume search API in multilingual setups could show the same resume multiple times and report incorrect total counts. Results are now correctly indexed per language, so recruiters see accurate resume lists and consistent numbers. |
| Frontend job duplication for recruiters | In some cases, recruiters belonging to multiple organizations were blocked from duplicating jobs in the frontend and saw a “no access” error. Job duplication from the job manager now works as expected, making it easier to reuse existing job content. |
| Optional date of birth in applicant dashboard | We fixed a bug where some child organizations were not shown in the organization dropdown in the recruiter dashboard when using parent/child setups. Child organizations created via the frontend now appear correctly, so recruiters can select and manage all linked organizations as expected. |
| Child organizations missing in recruiter dropdown | We fixed a bug where some child organizations were not shown in the organization dropdown in the recruiter dashboard when using parent/child setups. Child organizations created via the frontend now appear correctly, so recruiters can select and manage all linked organizations as expected. |
| Incomplete location pages | Certain location pages without valid data were displaying all jobs, creating duplicate content for search engines. These pages are now excluded from the sitemap and can be corrected in the backend, ensuring only meaningful locations are used for job search and indexing. |
