Job Slots System |
We introduced an important ability to limit the number of published jobs one recruiter user can have actively posted at the same time. This new feature opens new monetization possibilities for job board owners. |
Improvements | |
Configuration to remove need for email verification for anonymous applications | We are constantly improving the job application process and one important step was to introduce a configuration, which would allow to skip the whole anonymous application verification via email process. This allows higher quantities of job applications to be aggregated further in the whole hiring process. |
Implement default cover letter text for internal applications |
In order to improve the rate of job applications we also introduced a default cover letter text which can be used by applicants for quick job application. This improvement can have a positive change in increasing the job conversion rate for internal jobs. |

EN language switcher issues | As a recruiter, I want to be able to post a job using the EN job posting workflow without being redirected to the DE job posting workflow. As an applicant, I want to be able to register using the EN template without being redirected to the DE registration form. |
