✨Tackled topics of this release
Here's an extended overview of all changes that will be released this time:

Topic |
User Story/Goal |
Improvement | Enable additional social links | We introduced additional social media fields in the job board in the past but most of them were not turned on by default. From now on the following social media links will be turned on by default: TikTok Youtube |
Improvement | Advanced fetching options for importers | We could not process XML feeds that were not accessible via the browser. From now, we extended our default http fetcher to increase the options to import jobs. |
Improvement | Option to disallow certain imported jobs from being updated | Sometimes, site admins have to edit imported jobs manually. If the XML feed included any changes on the initial job, manual changes were lost. Two new check-boxes were implemented: 1) On the XML feed settings (for each importer) 2) On the job editor If checked, the system will disable any update during the XML re-import. |
Bug Fix | Expired jobs were not unpublished | Based on our findings a some of the jobs that should have been unpublished as the expiration date is already over, instead they were still published. This led to the problem that applicants applied to jobs that expired already. The expired jobs are now being correctly unpublished. |
Bug Fix | Broken URL in upgrade emails | The notification email when an upgrade has been purchased was broken (broken order number URL). The email formatting and URL is now correct. |
Bug Fix | Recruiter search in organisation view show incorrect number of "published jobs" | When accessing the company/organisation search, users would see the number of published jobs per company/organisation profile. Normally this number should only count published jobs, but in some cases it also counted in jobs that were not published. Number of published jobs in company/organisation teasers now only shows jobs that have the workflow state "published". |
