Protecting personal data has become a key aspect when it comes to processing applicant data. To ensure the privacy and security of personalized applicant data, it is recommended to store personal data for the shortest duration possible. In order to assist you in managing your application's personal data, we would like to introduce you to the Jobiqo GDPR feature.
How does the GDPR application feature work?
After enabling the Jobiqo GDPR application feature, the automatic deletion of personalized applicant data is executed once a day.
- The feature checks the creation date of all application data in the system and deletes any personalized application data (such as cover letter, email address, first name, last name, etc.) that were created before the corresponding date.
- The application is then placed in an 'archived' state.
- The recruiter does not have access to the applicant's resume after the predefined period.
