In the “GDPR User Consents” (Path: “GDPR” > “User Consent (Logged)”) table you will find a list of users who gave consent. The list's main purpose is to review if consent to a specific action has been given.
In some cases, you may need to edit consent-associated information, for example, when a user asks to change the consent outside the job board.
Edit consent-associated information
- Go to “GDPR User Consents” (Path: “GDPR” > “User Consent (Logged)”)
- Select the item which you want to change and click "Edit".
- Change the field accordingly, for example by adapting the consent ID.
- Click "Save".
Delete consent-associated information
- Go to “GDPR User Consents” (Path: “GDPR” > “User Consent (Logged)”)
- Select the item which you want to erase and click "Delete".
- Confirm the changes by pressing "Delete" again.
Add user consent
- Go to “GDPR User Consents” (Path: “GDPR” > “User Consent (Logged)”)
- Click the button "Add GDPR user consent".
- Insert the associated mail and consent ID.
- Click "Save".
Export consent
- Go to “GDPR User Consents” (Path: “GDPR” > “User Consent (Logged)”).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the "CSV" button to export the given consent information.
- After the export has been created, please confirm to download the export.
- You can now process the information further. For example, import the user data of all email newsletter subscribers to a newsletter system.
