You can see a table with all jobs on the job board and download them. The various filters allow site admins to search for and analyse existing jobs. The view enables you to see the basic details of a job such as the job type, company, location, workflow state, publishing, and expiration dates.

Let’s go into more detail about how you can manage jobs in the backend:
In the “Job Administration” view in the backend, you can find all existing jobs. By clicking on a job title, you land on the summary of the job posting. Let us have a deeper look!
On the top, you find five tabs:

The “View” button opens a new tab and leads you to the frontend and shows you how the job actually looks from the applicant’s perspective. |

The “Summary” tab provides an overview of all information associated with the job, such as the job details, upgrades, and the job workflow state. |
Edit (frontend) |
Clicking on the “Edit (frontend)” button triggers a new tab and shows what the job editor looks like in the frontend for employers. |
Edit (backend) |
The “Edit (backend)” view directs the site admin to the job editor for the backend. You can find more editing options than the frontend view offers. Most prominently, site administrators can also carry out the following operations:
