Business blogs can be an important marketing channel as they offer several opportunities. Not only can a blog strengthen the awareness of your job board, but it can also build trust and credibility in your service. Finally, a common goal of blogging is to increase the conversion rate and drive SEO performance.

Step 2: Activation of the feature

Step 3: Definition of categories and tags
Our blog feature allows assigning a category and multiple tags to an article.
Categories
- Each article is ranked under one category.
- The blog category is a taxonomy and can be adapted in the Taxonomy Manager under 'Content' > 'Taxonomy Manager' > 'Blog category' or directly via the path /admin/structure/taxonomy_manager/voc/blog_category.
Tags
- When creating an article, the site admin can assign multiple tags to an article.
- To create a list of tags, please go to 'Content' > 'Taxonomy Manager' > 'Blog tags' or directly access the path /admin/structure/taxonomy_manager/voc/blog_tags.
- Note that tags refer to a free tagging taxonomy, meaning that new tags can be automatically created in the blog post form.
We recommend starting with a smaller list of available categories and tags, and expand the lists later at any point. Please also read:
This search page shows all articles with the category "Bewerbung". The box on the right sideboard provides an overview of popular tags.
Step 4: Creating SEO Search Content (optional)
We recommend creating optimised SEO landing pages for relevant blog search pages. Besides the main blog search page (/blog), it is recommended to consider important category landing pages and tag landing pages. For each created category and tag, a landing page is automatically created.
