Introduction
An Applicant tracking system is a hiring system that streamlines the entire recruiting process from receiving applications to hiring employees. In addition, an ATS can be used as a database to store and manage applications to jobs.
You can choose between Jobiqo´s internal or external application system, or you can select no application system. This allows you to hide the "Apply" button for job postings and use alternative application options (e.g. phone of fax).
How does the internal ATS Light work?
As a part of the employer's applicant tracking system, Jobiqo offers the following functionalities for the employer interface:
- Change and manage the application status of each application
- Filter received application
- Searching by job title, applicant's first and last name
- Filter job applications by status
- applied
- interview
- proposed
- rejected
- hired
