Jobiqo's system is highly flexible and versatile, allowing job board owners to manage multiple websites from a centralised place, or backend. Alternatively, job board owners can manage each site from their backend.
Jobiqo offers two main architectures to structure multiple sites:
-
A network of sites - One central data hub for all sites:
- The data is stored in a centralised backend, which is easy to access and maintain.
- Multiple sites (or brands) can be managed with this setup. The - Recruiters/Employers only need to create one account, and with their account, they can access all the sites in the network, without needing to create a separate login for each site in the network.
- With the Jobiqo system, there are two multiple types of administrators
- The network administrators - can manage all the sites in the network, from one centralised backend.
- The site-specific administrators - can manage one or more sites in the network, from one centralised backend.
- All job listings are stored together. Sharing jobs between brands is easy and may require a special format, but not necessarily.
-
Separate sites for each brand:
- The data is stored separately, each site having its backend
- The Recruiters / Employers need to register separately for each site
- Each site, like "Linux Magazine" gets its dedicated backend interface, where site administrators can log in and manage each site independently.
- Jobs are stored in separate backends, so sharing jobs between brands needs specific arrangements, and it is generally done via XML feeds.
With both these setups, job board owners maintain control and ownership of the data, like candidates, job listings, and employer information.
The choice between "A network of sites" and "Separate sites for each brand" depends mainly on how the job board owners want to manage the sites.
