Jobiqo offers an additional configuration that requires site admins to first approve new recruiters before they are able to perform the following actions:
- Posting jobs
- Purchasing products
- Publishing their organisation profile
- Sending contact requests
In order to avoid the interruption of the user workflow as far as possible recruiters can save the jobs and the organisation profile as a draft.
If this configuration is active and a new recruiter user registers on the job board, no verification email is sent to the recruiter. The recruiter will see a notification message in their interface that their account still needs to be approved by an administrator and that the user will be informed once the account has been activated.
Instead of the self-verification by recruiters, an email about the new recruiter account for approval is sent to all site administrators to speed up the verification process. Note: If only specific site administrators should receive the verification emails, we advise setting email filters in your email accounts.
Site admins can verify new recruiter users by clicking on the verification link in the email and setting the "Verification status of email" to "Verified".
Once the site admin has approved the account, the standard recruiter welcome email is sent out. Note: the recruiter welcome mail can be edited to include a sentence that an admin approved the account. To do so, please reach out to your contact point and send us the new text.
From this point on, the new recruiter user can publish jobs and their company profile and further also purchase any other product.
If you would like to activate this feature, please reach out to your contact point. Keep in mind that once the feature has been enabled you should ensure that you review all existing recruiter accounts that have not been verified yet as no emails are sent out retrospectively. To do so, please filter for all unverified recruiter users in the user administration view (backend path: /admin/jobiqo/users) and verify approved recruiter accounts.
