Admins can create FAQs on a global level and can manage the FAQ section via the taxonomies manager. Employers then have the possibility to select and answer your predefined questions.
- Go to the “Taxonomy Manager” (Path: “Content” > “Taxonomy Manager”) and select "Organization FAQ".
- Now you can edit or change existing questions or add new questions in the taxonomy manager. You can click on the button "Add" to insert new questions.
- Make sure to save the new terms by clicking on the “Add” button.
Tips
- The FAQ section should cover the most common questions that your clients are frequently asked.
- Not all questions might be relevant for all employers. Please mind, employers can choose which questions they want to answer.
- Make sure to regularly update your FAQ section and/or add new questions.
- By default, the FAQ section is available for premium profiles.
