Please follow these steps to post a job:
1. Sign in
First, sign in to your account.
2. Access the job wizard
Go to the job wizard by selecting the “Post a job” link in the header or footer menu or the button “Add job” button within the Job Manager (menu on the left side).
3. Choose a job product
Choose a job product. If there is just one standard product, this step will be skipped.
4. Choose a type:
Select a job type. Note that it is possible to disable certain job types and that this step may be skipped if there is only one job type available.
5. Job information:
No matter which option you will choose, you are requested to fill in some data about the job.

- Mind: Under "Job Schedule" you can schedule the job posting for a future date.
- Important: Under “Application workflows” you can choose whether you want to use the built-in or the company’s own application system. If you choose the company’s own application system you need to provide a website link to which the applicant is sent.
It is also possible to choose no application system, which can be useful for jobs where candidates can only apply via a phone number or a chiffre number. Note that "no application system" is an optional configuration and is not available by default.
- Mind: Under "Job Schedule" you can schedule the job posting for a future date.
6. Add upgrades:
On the next site, you can select optional upgrades to boost your job's performance.
7. Checkout:
As a last step, you are asked to fill in the billing details.
- If you have multiple billing addresses already saved, you can select from previously saved addresses in the address book.
- Depending on the billing information you insert, the VAT value may be updated accordingly (e.g. when posting a job on a job board from a country in the EU you may want to add the VAT ID.
- Make sure to complete the order by submitting your payment.
The job will be posted automatically (unless the job board the job first).
You will directly receive an order confirmation (unless the job board disabled the order confirmation emails).
Important: Note that the invoice is not automatically generated by the system, but will be sent later by the accounting team outside of Jobiqo's system.
