Streamline your recruitment workflow with these three essential steps:
1. Acess Applications:
All applications recruiters receive are automatically collected in the Job Applications tab, accessible from the left-side menu in the recruiter dashboard. Every application recruiters receive will be listed there.
For the internal application workflow, applications will trigger an email notification that will go directly to the recruiter's email address.
2. Review Submitted Documents:
Click on an applicant’s name to access their full application including CVs, cover letters, and all supporting documents. This view also allows recruiters to monitor the application status and submission date at a glance.
3. Manage Application Status:
To keep track of where an application is in the process, update their status directly in the application, for example, change it to Interview. Use the Export button to save the application documents or use the Share button to forward the application documents by email.
This functionality is considered a “Lite Applicant Tracking System”, allowing recruiters to filter their candidates directly on the job board.
