Step by Step Guide
Follow these steps to successfully connect with and recruit top talent:
1. Search & Filter:
Navigate to the “Find CVS” which is usually in the top menu bar. Use the filters located at the top to narrow down the results and find the candidates that best fit your requirements.
2. Request Contact:
Once you have identified a potential candidate, click the button labeled 'Request Contact'. Follow the on-screen instructions to ensure you have sufficient credits; 1 contact credit will be deducted from your balance. Our system will then guide you through finalizing the request for that specific applicant.
3. Candidate Approval:
The applicant will be notified of your request via email. The candidate can then choose to accept or refuse the invitation. Please note that unless the request is approved, their full profile remains hidden.
4. Review:
Once the candidate accepts the request, the recruiter will receive an email notification. They can then access their full resume and initiate direct contact via email.

Search Alert:
Enable search alerts using your current filters to stay informed about new talent. You will be automatically notified as soon as a matching candidate appears on the platform.
