- Go to the “Orders” overview in the backend (Path: Tab “Commerce” > “Orders”).
- Orders can be entirely deleted by choosing the "Delete" operation. Moreover, orders can be deleted in bulk, by selecting the checkboxes of orders and carrying out the operation "Delete order" which can be found at the bottom of the page.
- Before confirming the changes, note that this action cannot be reverted anymore.
Important:
- The employer will not be notified about the order cancellation.
- If you have already created an invoice in another system, please note that this needs to be corrected outside of Jobiqo. The same applies to any payments that have already been made.
