If you wish to change a subscription due to a cancellation, or any other reason, you can do so in two different ways:
Option 1: Access via “Subscription” (Backend)
- Go to the subscription overview (Path: “Commerce” > “Manage Subscriptions").
- Search for the organisation’s subscription and press “Edit”. Now change the end date to the desired expiration date.

Option 2: Access via "Organisations" (Backend)
- Go to “Organisations” (Path: “Organisations” > “Manage Organisations").
- Search the organisation and click “Edit”
- Now go to the tab “Subscriptions” to find all subscriptions associated with this company
- Now modify the information
- Save the changes
Alternatively, you could also delete the entire subscription, but please note that the history of previously assigned subscriptions would get lost.
