What is a Credit
The credit system allows employers to purchase a certain amount of credits prior to usage. Once purchased, credits can be spent to post jobs or access the CVs in the CV database. Below, we introduce two ways to change the number of credits.
Option 1: Access via “Credits” (Backend)
- Go to ”Credits” (Menu: "Commerce" > "Credits Transactions").
- Search for the organisation in the list and click on “Job credit” in the “Transactions” column.
- You will find all transactions associated with the organisation in this overview.

Now click the “+ Add Job credit transaction” button.
- Insert the number of credits that you wish to grant to the organisation. If you want to deduct credits, please insert a minus “-” before
- If needed, feel free to add a transaction annotation.
- Make sure to save your changes.
Option 2: Access via “Organisations” (Backend)
- Go to “Organisations” (Path: Tab “Organisations” > “Manage Organisations”).
- Look for the organisation and click “Edit”.
- Now go to the tab “Credits”.
- Now click the “+ Add Job credit transaction” button (see details above).
- Save your changes.
