Jobiqo offers both manual data exports and automated recurring exports.
Exports are helpful tools to analyse existing data and integrate data with third-party systems, such as Salesforce or Mailchimp.
While manual data exports are available by default, please reach out to your point of contact at Jobiqo if you are interested in automating data exports.
Which exports are available?
All of the items stated below are available both manually or automatically.

Manual exports
Manual exports can be triggered in the backend. The download buttons can be found on the left corner on the bottom of the above-mentioned views.
After the export was completed, please always make sure to also download the file.
Automated recurring exports
Automated exports can be generated for the above-mentioned available export types and will be saved on SFTP servers.
For each export type, the following configurations are available:
- Export interval (e.g. daily, weekly)
- Export method
- Full export will export all entities every time an export is performed.
- Delta export will export only the entities added or updated since the last export.
- Automated expiration / deletion of previous exports (true/false) after X time.
