Bundles are a great way to achieve your revenue goals and offer you the opportunity to sell curated collections of complementary products. Bundles are useful if you wish to combine for example a job posting, a refresh job, and a highlight job in one product. Another advantage of bundles is that you can offer packages (e.g. credit packages) at a lower price than if the products are purchased individually as well as another great upsell opportunity.
Which functionalities can be combined in bundles?
Bundles offer you the opportunity to combine different product types into one package. Generally speaking, you can use the following product types for your bundles:
- Various types of credits: You can choose between job posting credits, job resume credits and upgrade credits.
- Job upgrades: You can add upgrades for services performed outside of the job board, as well as our various upgrades that are available within our Jobiqo software.
Example bundle products
- Standard job: Standard job, no upgrades, price 100
- Premium job: Standard job, including highlight upgrade, price 200
- Deluxe job: Standard job, including highlight and refresh upgrade, price 300
- Professional job: Standard job, including job posting credits and highlight upgrade, price 400
What options do I have when I want to use bundles?
If you are interested in offering bundles, your Jobiqo point of contact will be happy to set them up for you. Below you find a list of available configurations:
- Self-service: It can be defined if bundles should be available as self-service products. The recruiter then has the possibility to buy the bundle during self-service checkout.
- Related upgrades: Certain upgrades can be marked as related job upgrades allowing them to be pre-selected on the job checkout and avoid adding them again to the job checkout cart. We highly recommend using this option to make sure that the recruiter does not buy products twice.
- Allowed job types: You can restrict bundles to a certain job type. This will allow you to create different products for different job types.
- Allowed subscriptions: You can decide if job flatrates can be used to buy bundle procuts.
I want to define my own bundles, what is the best way to do so?
In addition to the title/name of the bundle, description, price, and notification emails, it is also possible to define the functionality of the bundle.
If you want to learn more about how to define your own product portfolio and the required information, please read the article "I want to define my own product portfolio, what is the best way to do so?".
I want to offer credits in bundles, what do I need to consider?
A recruiter should be able to buy bundles that contain upgrade credits, job posting credits, or credits for services performed outside of the job board. Please reach out to your contact point at Jobiqo and we will set up this product for you.
If you want to learn more about how a recruiter can select a bundle during the job posting process, please read the article "How can I select a bundle?"
Can I restrict products only to certain job types?
Yes, you can define job products based on job types. In this way, you can define different price packages based on the job type.
Examples:
- A product that is available only for 'job via template', as it provides the best applicant experience.
- A product for jobs posted via file or link, as it allows recruiters to better incorporate their corporate design.
Also keep in mind that if a product is selected that only allows one of the three job types, the job type selection step is automatically skipped.
