The credit system allows employers to purchase a certain amount of credits prior to usage.
Once purchased, credits can be redeemed in the job wizard or the CV search at any time.
Credit types
The credit system allows a high degree of flexibility and can be used for many use cases. All credit types are available as self-service products.
- Prepaid credits:
- Job-and-upgrade-related credit types: e.g. 3 premium job credits, 2 job credits + 4 boosted job credits
- CV-related credit types: e.g. 5 CV contact credits
- Other credits: Possibility to add empty products without any technical functionality for services offered outside of the job board. It is the responsibility of the site admin to redeem the credit via the backend after the service has been performed.
Depending on the credit type, one credit always equals one job posting, one specific job upgrade, or one contact request.
Can I combine credits with other product types?
A combination of multiple credit types (e.g. 5 job credits + 5 CV contact credits) or of credits and subscriptions (e.g. 10 job credits + premium profile) is possible.
Do credits expire?
By default, credits do not expire, but site admins can set up an expiration date for a certain credit if they want to.
How to set an expiration date for a credit?
- As a site admin, go to your Organizations / Overview page from the side menu.
- Select an organization you want to change the credits for and press Edit. Select the tab Credits and a list of available credits will be displayed.
- Select the credit you want to change and press Edit.
- In the screen that opens, the site admins can update the Job credit expiration date.
