What is a Subscription or a Credit?
Subscriptions are used for job posting flat rates or employer branding products. Subscriptions are time-based and have a start and an end date granting the user certain functionalities during that time period.
Credits act as a flexible, pre-paid currency that you purchase prior to usage. Once acquired, these units can be redeemed at your convenience for individual postings, upgrades, or candidate contacts.
How to top up your balance or check your active contracts
Step by Step Guide
Follow these steps to manage your credits and subscriptions:
1. Navigation:
In the main menu, select My Products.
2. Credit Review & Acquisition:
Your available balance is displayed here. If you need to increase your credits, select “Add Credit” or visit the “Shop” in the top navigation bar.
3. Product Selection & Checkout:
Choose the package that best fits your requirements. Enter your billing details and complete the payment process.
4. Confirmation:
Once the transaction is complete, your credits will be added immediately. Return to My Products to view your updated balance.
5. Subscription Details:
To view your active plans, click on “Subscriptions”. This view instantly presents all essential details, including product specifications, key contract dates, and current status. Additionally, recruiters have the flexibility to manage their agreements by canceling the subscription directly via self-service.
