What is a Subscription or a Credit?
Subscriptions are used for job posting flat rates or employer branding products. Subscriptions are time-based and have a start and an end date granting the user certain functionalities during that time period.
Credits are a flexible, pre-paid currency bought in advance and spent when needed, for example, on individual job postings, upgrades, or in the CV search.
Step by Step Guide
How to check credit balance and purchase credits:
1. Go to My Products
Open My Products from the left-side menu in the recruiter dashboard. Under the Credits tab, the current credit balance is displayed.
2. Purchase Credits
To add more credits, click Add Credit or go to the Shop in the top navigation bar. Select a package, enter billing details, and complete the payment. New credits will appear in My Products immediately after the transaction.
How to view and manage subscriptions:
1. Go to My Products
In the main menu, click on My Products, then click on Subscriptions.
2. View All Subscriptions
All subscriptions are listed here, including their product details, key dates, and current status. Click on a subscription to view more details.
3. Purchase a subscription
To add a new subscription, click Add Subscription or go to the Shop in the top navigation bar. Select a package, enter billing details, and complete the payment. The new subscription will appear in My Products immediately after the transaction.
4. Cancel a subscription
To cancel, click on a specific subscription to open its details. If self-service cancellation is available on the platform, the option to cancel will appear here.
