Subscriptions are used for flat rates or employer branding products. Subscriptions are time-based and have a start and an end date granting the user certain functionalities during that time period.
Subscription Types
Below find an overview of which subscriptions can be set up out of the box.
Job Flat Rate
- A job flat rate subscription allows the organisation to post jobs for free until the expiration date of the subscription or unless the job slots limit is reached.
- Upgrades can't be used for free, but need to be purchased separately
Premium Company Profile
- Distinguish between a “basic” company profile with limited fields and a “premium” profile with all fields available on a company profile.
- All fields are available during the duration of an active subscription.
- By default, fields that are available for premium profiles are benefits, the header image, FAQ section, further locations, and the gallery.
- The company name and the address are the only sections that are mandatory for basic profiles.
Premium profiles are visually highlighted in the company search
Jobs connected to premium profiles include a badge
both on the teaser and on the job detail page
Promoted Company Profile
Allows the company profile to be “featured” on the front page.
While this view shows four companies at a time, there is no limitation on how many company profiles can be featured. By default, the profiles rotate each 30 minutes randomly.
Resume Contact Request Flatrate
Allows employers to send unlimited contact requests to applicants. Employers will only be able to view the full details once the applicant has approved the contact request.
Full Resume Access Flatrate
Allows employers to access all details of all resumes immediately, without having to send a contact request to an applicant.
Organization Minisite
Turns an organization's profile into a standalone, branded career site. All premium profile fields are automatically switched on for the duration of the subscription, so there's no need to enable these separately.
During the active period, the organisation's profile is replaced with the Minisite layout: the job board's main top navigation is hidden, a dedicated menu is added, and the profile is presented as a self-contained space for that organisation. In addition:
- Two pages, Home and Jobs, are created automatically and are always pinned in the Minisite menu; they cannot be removed while the subscription is active
- Site admins can add further landing pages (e.g. About Us, Culture, Benefits, etc.) to let organizations tell a broader story about who they are as an employer
- Job search within the Minisite is scoped only to that organization's jobs, with no other companies' listings shown
Can I combine subscription products with other product types?
Jobiqo offers the possibility to combine:
- Multiple subscription types into one product (e.g. premium profile + promoted profile)
- One or more subscription types together with credits (e.g. job flat rate + 5 upgrade credits)
Workflow
- Once the product portfolio has been defined, subscriptions are available in self-service and are available on the page /checkout. Please make sure to add a link to /checkout/ID from your product landing page, so employers access the link. Learn more here: "Purchasing products in self-service: Options?".
- In the backend, as an admin, you can assign subscription packages to organisations and orders and also schedule the start date for future subscription assignments. A step-by-step guide for all three kinds of subscriptions is described here: "An employer booked a subscription, how can I assign the subscription to the organisation?"
