XML feeds allow to import jobs in bulk from external sites, and can be hosted by either employers or backfill providers. If you decide to go with an importer, an XML feed should be set up according to our structural requirements. Once the XML feed is ready and aligns with our requirements, we are happy to set up an importer for you (setup costs per importer occur).
Depending on the available fields and your requirements, we can connect the jobs to a certain company profile and set up jobs via a certain job type (i.e. template, file, or link). Additionally and if needed, we can prevent jobs from being auto-published, and instead implement a “Needs Review” workflow.
All importers that have been set up for your job board can be found under the backend view “Feeds” (Path: “Jobs” > “Job Importers” > “Feeds”). A click on the title will provide you with the most important figures, such as how many jobs have been created, updated, deleted, skipped, or failed.
If you are interested in this feature or wish to edit an existing importer, please send us a message in Teamwork. Make sure to include the following information:

Supported XML file limits
The Jobiqo importer system supports a maximum file size of 42MB and a limit of 10,000 jobs per XML file. It is important to note that job titles should not exceed 255 characters, and the job description should not contain more than 32,000 characters.
To ensure smooth XML file processing, it's crucial to make sure that the importer you want to use complies with these limits.
Synonyms: Terms Mapping
If the taxonomy terms in the feed differ from the site's taxonomy, you can simply add the feed's wording to the field “Synonyms” of the taxonomy term.
Note: if you add the same synonym to two or more taxonomy terms, then a job will be autotagged with all terms during import.

Job Description Styling
Our jobs are imported using the format Restricted HTML.
The format supports limited styling tags: <a href hreflang> <em> <i> <strong> <cite> <blockquote cite> <code> <ul type> <ol start type> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd> <h2 id> <h3 id> <h4 id> <h5 id> <h6 id> <p> <h1> <caption> <br>
We are happy to provide you with more information and send you our XML interface specifications for further preparation.
